This mixed-use apartment project in the Belltown neighborhood is designed to enhance the streetscape with small retail spaces and an intimate upper level courtyard. The contemporary design includes ample roof decks and amenity areas that provide sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the city. Board-form concrete provides interest and texture at grade while 3-Form panels on the decks above add a burst of color while providing privacy.
