PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Targeting LEED-NC v2.2 Certification

Located in the Ballard neighborhood, Broadstone Koi is a two-building infill project on a split-zoned site that helps activate an increasingly urban area of the city. The modern design provides a variety of unit types suitable for families and young professionals. Open space is maximized with a generous shared garden courtyard, the focal point of the project, located atop the parking garage. The project includes live/work units and retail/restaurant space to complement the area’s existing retail corridor.
