PARKING: 47 stalls at grade
GSF: 51,370
CONSTRUCTION VALUE: $6.7 million
CONTRACTOR: Omni Construction

NK was selected to design this condominium building on an infill site to enhance the pedestrian experience of a retail corridor in West Seattle. The design includes quality materials such as brick, aluminum windows and metal siding to create a durable structure that relates to neighboring buildings. The project significantly minimized construction costs by creating an efficient at-grade parking garage and three wood-framed residential stories above. A rooftop amenity deck for residents presents sweeping 360-degree views.
