This three-building brick-clad townhouse project in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood is modeled on traditional brownstones. Each unit features a multi-story open floorplan, an intimate front stoop, a private patio and simple detailing to complement nearby structures. Parking is located below grade to minimize the impact of automobiles on the site and to allow the ground level to be used as a courtyard. The garage is connected to each townhouse by private internal stairs, while each unit enjoys a full roof deck with city views.

The owner originally thought that zoning limited development on the site to a duplex, however NK helped them navigate the codes and build a structure four times larger.
