Identity Seattle Building I student apartments provides a desirable, single-occupant alternative to the typical student-oriented housing in Seattle’s University District neighborhood. Designed to provide affordable, urban housing for University of Washington students, Identity Seattle Building I is located minutes from campus, a future light rail station, and the Burke-Gilman Trail. The building’s design complements the Identity building D apartment and completes the two-building Identity Seattle project. The building features a landscaped courtyard, green roof with abundant seating and a washer/dryer in each unit.
