Isola Alaska, located in the heart of the West Seattle Junction at 4400 SW Alaska Street, is a 30,000 sf project with 40 residential units, four live/work units, including a 820sf corner retail space. The units will be a blend of studios, 1bed and 2bed apartments and split level live/work spaces designed for urban professionals.  Residents will enjoy a landscaped courtyard and roof deck with expansive views of the sound and mountains. The project is expected to start in July of 2014, and wrap up in August of 2015.
