Park Passive is one of the city’s first residential Passive House projects, reducing heating consumption by nearly 90% to meet the rigorous standards for certification by the Passive House Institute U.S. Located on a small infill lot in Madison Park, Park Passive is a three-story, single-family house featuring high ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open floor plan that flows into a small yard. Park Passive is a model of innovative design that blends livability with sustainability.
