This new contemporary home fits into the Magnolia neighborhood consisting mostly of older homes in the Tudor style. By locating the main living areas of the house as high on the site as possible, NK was able to take advantage of the views of Puget Sound. The interior is defined by light-filled spaces and an open floor plan.
