Triad 12th is comprised of micro-studio units for residents who desire urban, yet affordable housing. Located in Seattle’s University District near a future light rail station and the Burke-Gilman Trail, this multifamily building helps increase density, while the design complements the aesthetic of the new University of Washington dormitories in the neighborhood. An amenity terrace features a vegetated “green” roof.
