Located on a quiet street in the Wallingford neighborhood, close to Gasworks Park and the Burke Gilman Trail, this townhome project contains three-bedroom two-and-a-half bathroom units each ranging from 1,273 to 1,776 square feet. Designed as a modern take on the craftsman cottage, each unit has its own balcony, skylights, fireplace and private garden. Sustainable materials and systems were used throughout to provide a high level of indoor air quality and reduce water and energy use.
