This urban infill apartment building provides spectacular views of both Lake Union and Downtown Seattle. Located on a steep-sloping mid-block site in the Westlake neighborhood, this project blends affordable and market-rate flats with four two-level penthouses. The idea for this project originated in a commercial real estate class at the University of Washington at a time when there was little activity near the site. The project includes a grand rooftop amenity area while live/work lofts at the ground floor enhance pedestrian activity on the street.
