The recently completed Stream Belmont is a highly efficient 6-story, 70-unit apartment building located in Seattle’s bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood. By embracing innovative green practices such as using ambient air to heat its hot water – which is 75% more efficient than a traditional boiler – and aligning with area nonprofits to plant trees to reduce its carbon footprint, the building is not only pending LEED-H Gold Certification, but it was constructed with a rare net zero carbon footprint.
We are excited about Stream Belmont’s green features, and proud of the building’s exterior. The durable brick, natural cedar and composite façade enhances curb appeal by embracing a contemporary design with a contextual feel while complementing the existing neighborhood.
By combining livability with sustainability, Stream Belmont’s residents enjoy its close proximity to downtown, modern interiors, abundant natural light and even rare individual outdoor spaces, including a rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown, the iconic Space Needle and the Olympic Mountains.
