Addressing concerns of local residents and overcoming the loss of the famed B&O Espresso restaurant and coffee shop, our design for the site at 1650 East Olive Way delivers a warm welcome, embracing its location as the gateway into Capitol Hill and preserving the residential neighborhood feeling. The newly completed, Zephyr apartments is a 77-unit mixed-use project developed by B&O Development. Comprised of 4,784sf of street-level retail and restaurant space and a mix of studios,1-and-2 bedrooms, live/work lofts and luxury penthouses, Zephyr’s panoramic views are maximized from most units and the rooftop deck. The project’s exterior incorporates natural and modern materials complementing the neighborhood’s historic residential buildings. Zephyr is nearly 50% leased.
