Project Manager – Seattle

We are currently accepting applications for a Project Manager in our Seattle office.

Reports to Principals-in-Charge of projects. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensure project success 
  • Coordinate consultants, clients, and jurisdictions 
  • Supervise and mentor team members 
  • Oversee design, construction documents, specifications and other documentation 
  • Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts 
  • Manage projects from feasibility through construction administration 


  • B.Arch or M.Arch degree preferred, Washington State License preferred
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Multi-family project experience
  • Demonstrated ability to create, understand and manage projects
  • Knowledge of land use and building permit processes
  • Knowledge of typical construction methodologies and typical constructability concerns
  • Understanding of typical terms found in owner / architect agreements and contracts
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD required
  • Knowledge of Sketch-Up, InDesign and Photoshop a plus
  • Positive attitude
