Located in the Ballard neighborhood, Broadstone Koi is a two-building infill project on a split-zoned site that helps activate an increasingly urban area of the city. The modern design provides a variety of unit types suitable for families and young professionals. Open space is maximized with a generous shared garden courtyard, the focal point of the project, located atop the parking garage. The project includes live/work units that complement the area’s nearby retail corridor. Green features include locally sourced materials, green roof and roof deck, triple-paned windows, and water- and energy-efficient fixtures.
