Identity building D off-campus student studio apartments is situated adjacent to the University of Washington in Seattle’s University District near a future light rail station and the Burke-Gilman Trail. This multifamily building helps increase density, while the design complements the aesthetic of the new University of Washington dormitories in the neighborhood. An amenity terrace features a vegetated “green” roof with abundant seating and views of the surrounding University of Washington campus, Lake Union and the Space Needle.
